How does Wyler FastLane work?

Use the Wyler FastLane app to request your next vehicle, including when and where you would like the next vehicle. A Wyler FastLane concierge will deliver the fresh vehicle, transfer everything over to your new car, and ensure you’re all set to go. Flip into new cars as often as you would like. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect car for any occasion.

What is included in a Wyler FastLane subscription?

Every Wyler FastLane subscription includes rights to a vehicle, insurance, unlimited flips between vehicles and 2,000 rollover miles.

The Wyler FastLane concierge team delivers hand detailed vehicles to wherever you request within our defined service area. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.

What vehicles are included with Wyler FastLane?

Wyler FastLane offers a variety of vehicles including luxury sedans, SUVs, trucks, off-road vehicles, and performance cars.

How does Wyler FastLane pick the perfect car for me?

Think of Wyler FastLane as your personal concierge service. Tell us about your needs and we'll match them with the perfect vehicle. More seats? Extra luggage room? Special date night? We've got you covered.

We listen and learn. And don't worry, if we ever miss the mark we will bring you a new car right away. We focus on the details so you can focus on enjoying the journey.

How does insurance work?

Insurance is included with all Wyler FastLane subscriptions. All approved drivers are covered by the Wyler FastLane insurance policy. Policy highlights:

  • $1,000 member responsibility
  • $1,000,000 liability coverage (combined single limit)
  • $300,000 uninsured motorist (combined)
  • $2,000 medical payments to offset any out of pocket or deductible costs
  • $10,000 personal injury protection

How long can I keep a vehicle?

As long as you want! 

There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be.  Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. However, at worst we’ll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is just like the one you have.

In practice, most members flip several times a month and enjoy doing so!

How new are the vehicles?

Most vehicles are the current or prior model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it ever goes to a member. Many of our members tell us that every vehicle feels like new!

Signing Up

How do I join Wyler FastLane?

Download our app here and hit “Sign up”. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit card, select a plan and provide a picture of your driver’s license. We will verify your information and check your driving history. We may need to speak with you during that process. In most cases, we can approve an application within one business day. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip!

Is Wyler FastLane in my area?

Wyler FastLane services areas east of I-75 within the I-275 loop and areas north of the I-275 loop from our Cincinnati operational center located at 401 Milford Parkway, Milford, OH 45150. Individuals must live within these service areas to become FastLane members.

Who is eligible?

Anyone 21 or over with a valid license and clean driving record.

How do I receive my first vehicle?

Once accepted, your Wyler FastLane concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.  

What is the Wyler FastLane joining fee?

The $500 Wyler FastLane joining fee is required for all new Wyler FastLane memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled.

Everyday Usage

How well equipped are the vehicles?

The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. Most of our vehicles have leather seats. Other options vary by make/model and specific vehicle. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.

Are pets allowed in vehicles?

We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the car and safer for your furry friend!

What happens if my vehicle needs repair?

Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Wyler FastLane app to notify us and we will get you back driving!

What happens if I get into an accident?

First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us at 513-322-1213. We will bring you a fresh vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident. 

How much advance notice is required for a flip?

While there is no minimum notice required, the best experience is to book a few days in advance.

Booking a vacation? Go ahead and book your flip too.

Need something this afternoon? Don't stress, we will bring you the best option available.

Do I tip the concierge?

Wyler FastLane does not allow tipping. Concierge delivery is part of the overall Wyler FastLane member experience and included with the monthly subscription. If you have an exceptional Concierge experience feel free to reflect it in the service rating or by letting the team know.

Pricing & Payment

Where can I find the insurance card?

View a digital version of your insurance card under "your current ride" on the homescreen of your Wyler FastLane app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.

What about fuel?

All Wyler FastLane cars are delivered with a full tank of gas, and Wyler FastLane members are only responsible for the fuel they use. If you flip a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. We never charge a fuel premium or convenience fee.

When is payment due?

A valid credit card is required during signup. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas or upgrades will be charged as soon as the flip ends.

What is the minimum commitment to Wyler FastLane?

Wyler FastLane is a monthly subscription service. Pay for the first 31 days and give it a try. If you like it, your subscription will renew automatically monthly after the first period. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know and we will end your subscription after your current month has expired.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Going out of town? Love Wyler FastLane but need a break? Just pause your Wyler FastLane account and have one less monthly bill covering something you're not even using. No lease or loan allows that! 

Pause your Wyler FastLane account for any number of days for a $200 convenience fee. Then pick right back up where you left off for no additional charge!

Terms of Use

Is there a mileage limit per month?

Wyler FastLane subscriptions include 2000 miles of driving per month across the vehicles you flip into. Any unused miles 'roll over' each month you continue with the service! If you don't have 'roll over' miles, each additional mile over 2000 in a given month will have a $0.40 per mile surcharge.

Can anyone else drive the vehicle?

Yes, eligible drivers may be registered as additional drivers and added to the member’s account.

Are members responsible for their Wyler FastLane car?

Yes, we expect our members to take care of Wyler FastLane vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean, and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Wyler FastLane app.

What is the condition of Wyler FastLane vehicles?

Wyler FastLane is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.

What data does Wyler FastLane collect?
